First off, the hospitality here is next level! Unlike any other doctor’s office I’ve been to, let alone any other dentist! I was instantly greeted with a smile, by the sweetest staff who welcomed me and offered me a hot herbal tea. Every single staff member, doctor and dental hygienist I encountered was so polite, welcoming, warm, and patient with me. I’ve never felt so at ease at a dentist appointment. The x-ray technician was kind, the doctor, Dr. Heilyn Hernandez was so knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I also had the best cleaning ever by the dental hygienist Dainerys! Never before have I had a dental hygienist like Dainerys. Some highlights for me: she made sure to check in with me, she offered me special glasses to use as a splash guard instead of dirtying my own glasses, she would consistently dry my face from the water that would splash as she worked, she constantly grabbed the suction tool while cleaning my teeth so that I could spit out the water/toothpaste so that I wouldn’t be worried about swallowing it by accident or feeling like I can’t breathe. I’ve never felt so at ease before during a dental cleaning! And I had absolutely no pain! She is so gentle when cleaning your teeth! I walked out of their office with a smile on my face, clean teeth and a full heart. Truly the staff here at Synergy is doing amazing work not just on their clients’ teeth, but by making a positive impact and providing a warm and welcoming environment to each person who walks through their door. Every doctor’s office needs to take notes from Synergy on what it means to be hospitable and caring towards their patients. I can’t wait to come back here soon! I would like to start off by saying this is the BEST dental office I’ve ever been too! After experiencing traumatizing experiences at my previous dentists with poor customer service, subpar cleanings, and attempts to overcharge me; I have finally found my place. The receptionists are not only welcoming but also incredibly attentive. Dr. Hernandez was exceptional; she patiently addressed all my questions with extensive knowledge, making me feel truly cared for. Lilly, my dental hygienist, was great!! She took her time and ensured every detail was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Please give this dentist office a visit. Beautiful and clean dental office. Staff was extremely attentive and informative. They also offer plans for people without insurance which by the way would’ve been awesome to know before having insurance. They agave state of the art equipment and access to all for their services. Everything is straightforward and nothing is hidden at all. 10/10
